About Us
What began as a commitment to quality grain has grown into one of most trusted rice export operations. Royal Agro Industries was established in Karnal — not by coincidence, but by choice. This region has been India's Basmati heartland for generations, and we built our facility here to be as close to the source as possible.
We are not a trading company. We are not a middleman. We are the mill, the quality team, the packaging unit, and the export desk — all under one roof. That is what makes working with Royal Agro Industries different.
The Hands That Built Royal Agro (Owner’s Section)
Because great rice starts with right people
With deep roots in the agricultural trade and a hands-on understanding of what international buyers truly expect, they built Royal Agro Industries from the ground up — establishing the systems, standards, and supplier relationships that continue to define every shipment we send out today.
Their belief was straightforward: if the quality is uncompromising and the service is reliable, the markets will follow. Over a decade later, that belief has proven itself across 20+ countries.
Under their leadership, Royal Agro Industries has grown from a regional processing unit into a globally recognized export house — now trusted by importers, distributors, and private label buyers across the Middle East, Africa, and North America.

Where Every Grain Earns Its Place (Quality)
Quality Is Not a Checkpoint — It Is Our Process
At Royal Agro Industries, quality is not checked at the end, it is ensured throughout the production process. Every point from sourcing in the paddy to sealing in the pack is made with the sole aim of providing grain that is a perfect fit for our international buyers.
Paddy Selection
We purchase paddy from trusted farmers of Haryana and Punjab and only those lots that are in accordance with our in-house standards are purchased.
Multi-Stage Processing
Each batch is subjected to hulling, whitening, grading and optical color sorting before the rice reaches the packaging stage, removing discolored grains, broken grains and foreign material.
In-House Laboratory Testing
Our quality lab tests each batch before it is dispatched for moisture content, grain length, broken grain percentage, whiteness index and aroma.
Pre-Dispatch Packaging Checks
All packed units undergo sealing integrity, moisture protection, and transportation durability checks before leaving our facility.
The Facility That Makes It Possible (Infrastructure)
Built to Process. Built to Deliver.
The processing unit is one of the most advanced rice milling units in the area, having state-of-the-art machinery and built for high volume, export grade production.
Processing Capacity
The processing capacity is 150 metric tons of rice per day, which can meet the export orders of large volume and frequent orders.
Paddy Storage
Optimal humidity and temperature are maintained throughout the grain's lifespan from procurement to processing, ensuring grain integrity at every stage.
Milling & Processing Unit
Advanced hulling, whitening, and grading machines deliver the precise grain finish required — whether Raw, Steam, Creamy Sella, or Golden Sella.
Optical Color Sorting
High precision sortex machines guarantee uniformity in each lot by eliminating discolored grains and foreign material, providing export grade uniformity.
Packaging Unit
From 800 g retail pouches to 40 kg bulk export bags, our in-house packaging lines provide a range of packaging solutions including vacuum sealing, MAP and private label printing.
Warehouse & Dispatch
Designed for the efficient loading of palletised containers for quick turnaround from production to port.
FROM FIELD TO SHIPMENT — HOW WE SOURCE OUR RICE
We Do Not Start at the Mill We Start at the Farm
The majority of exporters purchase processed rice and pack it. We work differently. Our sourcing starts right from the farmers which are situated in the Indo-Gangetic plain where the fertile alluvial soil and centuries of Basmati farming tradition gives rise to a paddy which cannot be found elsewhere.
How We Select Our Paddy
Not every lot that arrives at our facility makes it into production. Every incoming consignment is evaluated for grain length, moisture content, aroma profile, and absence of foreign matter. Only lots that clear our internal benchmarks are accepted — regardless of price or availability pressure.
From Paddy to Export-Ready Grain
Once accepted, the paddy moves through our fully integrated processing line — hulling, milling, grading, color sorting, quality testing, and packaging — without ever leaving our facility. No third-party processing. No handoffs. No gaps in the quality chain.
What reaches our buyer is exactly what we intended to send — traceable, tested, and packed to their specification.
OUR CORE VALUES
The Principles We Operate By
01
Quality First
Every grain that leaves our facility meets the standard we have set for ourselves — not just minimum required by certification.
02
Reliability
For importers, a missed shipment or inconsistent product is not just an inconvenience — it is a business risk. We take that responsibility seriously in everything we do.
03
Transparency
Straightforward pricing, honest timelines and clear communication at the every stage of the order, no surprises.
04
Integrity
We do what we say, and we say what we mean. Our long-term buyer relationships are built on this foundation.
05
Partnership Over Transaction
We are not looking for one-time buyers. We invest in relationships with importers who want a supplier they can grow with over the long term.
MISSION & VISION
Our Mission
To deliver internationally certified, export ready Basmati and Non-Basmati rice through a fully integrated manufacturing process — ensuring consistent quality, reliable supply and complete buyer satisfaction.
Our Vision
To be most trusted Indian rice exporter in every market we serve — built not just on the quality of our grain, but on the consistency, integrity and reliability of every partnership we keep.
